From a young age I loved to bake, my mum and my grandma taught me and even let me lick the spoon (the best bit)! I ventured off to university to study radiography, but I soon realised that doing something creative was more for me!
Since leaving university I have been Head Chef at two establishments both with 5* food hygeine ratings, that focus heavily on quality of food along with hand baked cakes, scones, jams and chutneys. I have spent many hours developing my baking and decorating skills, including attending classes and workshops with some of the world's leading cake professionals.
After developing my skills I decided that it was time to unleash them on the world! Since the birth of the company, I have won several international awards, been featured in printed magazines and even been shortlisted as a finalist in the Dorset Wedding Supplier Awards 2017.
All of these things combined mean that I can provide a delicious and stunning cake, perfect for your occassion!
You may hear me talk about Mumma and Pappa Sweet; you may even meet them at a wedding show! They are a fabulous asset to my team and assist with the delivery and set up of our wedding cakes.
